Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the EPA (Excel Process Automation) platform and website (“Service”) provided by BI MATRIX Co., Ltd. (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EPA is an enterprise platform that automates Excel workflows, eliminates manual effort, controls spreadsheet sprawl, and scales Excel safely across organizations. The Service includes the EPA software platform, web interface, documentation, and related support services.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial, you will have access to selected features of the Service. At the end of the trial period, your access will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offerings at any time.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated.
• You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for recurring subscription fees.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ prior notice.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by BI MATRIX Co., Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights.

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload or process through the Service. We do not claim any rights to your data. We will process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BI MATRIX Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BI MATRIX Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and you must destroy any downloaded materials.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, Korea.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
